LOUIS TROIANO was born in Italy on March 7, 1896. His father Antonio had come to America in 1901, and Louis came the following year. Louis Troiano was naturalized as an American citizen in 1911. By January of 1920 Louis Troiano had gone into the real estate business for himself. At the time of the 1920 census, he owned a home at 843 South 4th Street, the corner of South 4th and Spruce Streets, where he was supporting his widowed father, brothers Harry and Deno, and sisters Rose and Clara.

Louis Troiano operated a realty business in Camden NJ at 347 Spruce Street. He was a resident of the Parkside neighborhood in the 1940s, living with his wife Santina at 1174 Empire Avenue. He served on the Camden Excise board, and in July of 1950 was appointed as appraiser for the Housing Authority of the City of Camden.

Louis Troiano passed away in April of 1977.
