CHARLES H. GREER was born in Pennsylvania around 1865. He was the superintendent of the Philadelphia & Camden Ferry for 23 years. At the time of the 1920 census, he was living with his wife Mary at 232 Cooper Street in Camden. Active in politics, he was a councilman representing the First Ward of Camden for 16 years. He passed away in 1933, survived by his wife Mary and son, James C. Greer.
