Welcome to the un-official Westfield Towers Web Page. Here you will find a web-page dedicated to the history of Westfield Towers, a senior citizens high-rise in Camden NJ.

Built in the late 1960s, at 3199 Westfield Avenue, the corner of Westfield and Beideman Avenues, the Towers was adjacent to the Westfield Acres public housing project, which was razed in 2001 to make way for the Baldwin's Run town homes. 

Westfield Towers was built on a 1.46 acre site, utilizing HUD conventional public housing funds. The ten-story building has a total of 103 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments, designed for a flexible mix of occupancy by elderly tenants.

Designed by the Tarquini Organization, Westfield Towers was on of the first load bearing high-rise structures built in the eastern United States.
