SEAMAN SECOND CLASS RICHARD M. TULL had lived in Camden NJ with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Tull, at 47 Marlton Avenue. He joined the United States Navy on September 30, 1942.

Assigned to a minesweeper, Richard Tull was swept off the deck of his ship during a hurricane while serving off the Atlantic coast on September 30, 1943. His death was reported in the October 29, 1943 edition of the Camden Courier-Post.
