PFC EDWARD J. SULLIVAN was killed in action on December 14, 1944. A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden NJ, he had lived at 713A Woodlynne avenue in Collingswood NJ. Prior to entering the Army in September of 1942 he had worked for a wholesale grocery firm in Philadelphia PA. 
Edward J. Sullivan was survived by his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Hoily of 535 Haddon Avenue, Camden NJ; and two brothers who were in the military at the time, Joseph and Michael Sullivan. He was 27 at time of his death, which was reported in the January 13, 1945 edition of the Camden Courier-Post.
