MELVIN
Age 83. Of Turnersville,
passed away December 1, 2007, after battling a long-time illness.
Beloved husband of Maryann (nee Malek). Loving father of Robyn L. Burt.
Beloved son of the late Walter and Catherine (nee Roberts) Burt.
Son-in-law of Florence (nee Lubonski) and the late John Malek. Also
survived by daughter Cheryl from a previous marriage. Dear brother of
the late Arnold, Raymond, Evelyn and Gladys. Also survived by his
sister-in-law Mary Burt, nieces and nephews.
Melvin proudly served his country in the Army during World War II. After
being honorably discharged, he became a police officer with the City of
Camden, from where he retired.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 9:00 -
11:00am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp.
Funeral Service 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment Gloucester County
Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Melvin's
name to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Rd., Suite 100,
Bala Cynwood, PA 19004.
